The following table compares the taxes imposed on the median valued homestead property last year, and the taxes that would be imposed if the City of Arlington adopts the proposed budget with the 2026 proposed tax rate, and the taxes that would be imposed if the City of Arlington adopts a balanced budget funded at the 2026 no-new-revenue tax rate as calculated under Chapter 26 of the Texas Tax Code.
